Rameez already talking a lot of rubbish.
Will he keep it up with Inzy gone?

Poignant quote from Geoffrey Boycott once, on playing shots - "Add two wickets to the scoreline, and then see how smart such a shot seems."

Maybe Rameez - and plenty of other commentators - should apply the same thing to their commentary.

Inzi gone... man this kumble guy how does he pick up his wickets...

Now, eyes shift to Asim Kamal... Asim Kamal and Yoyo to pat 140 overs?...

:(

inzi way forward and was playing a shot 2nd time he is been given out like that..is that suppose to be really out?

These umpires are disgraceful poor decision big strike forward playing a shot..not suprised everytime it hits da pads for paks its out yet when sachin bat n pads its not really frustrating

damn that was poor call by the umpire...inzi was totally shocked should have seen his reaction in the reply...this could also mean Pakistan loosing this match...inzi must be really pissed right now!!

Rudi

Did Rudi give Inzi out?

How bad was that decision?

It was Harper. Well forward in fact very well forward (a full inzi stride) and playing a shot. Most batsmen are not given out on that.

But I ve seen Shepard and other give Inzi in the past.

another 150 run partnership is imperative but can Yoyo hold his concentration ?

First objective is to go to the end of todays play without futher loss...

just pure bad luck ,he was soooo shocked

even manjraker said that shudv bin benifit of the doubt

i just cant believe it

How is that Inzis fault ? If you have incompetent umpires taking decisions on an after thought - how is that Inzis fault ? The fact that Harper took so long to give him out indicates doubt - when there is doubt, you cannot be given out!

Drinks called on .. Inzi on 62 and yoyo on 35 as Pak move on to 109 for 3.

I think that India have missed a trick here... if they would just bowl Kumble from the side Rudi is umpiring...

Dear God, I hope they don't figure it out!! :|v

i guess it doesnt really matter wich side he bowls from huh

Wouldnt mind bad umpiring if it was the same for both sides but its not

It is not Inzi's fault and I never said it was. Point being I ve seen them do it before and it doesn't surprise any more.

I missed the first half now I feel like missing the second half of the match as well

very unfortunate. Inzi was looking in ominous touch. the 3 boundries he hit against Balaji in the beginning showed his class. he was in attacking mood. and deserved his ton. even may be 200. its time ICC shd do something for this dodgy umpiring.

not a grwat decision - but not the worst either.

What we are seeing is the pressure umpires feel for the home side - Woolmer has probably got it right on that one.

Still, India is deservedly in the driving seat. They have played by far the better cricket throughout the match - and for all those doubters of Sehwag amongst us over the last 2 years or so, we can see what natural talent combined with flair can do. He is the man who has defined this test match.

Butt has the talent and the ability as well - I really hope too many people dont throw out the baby with the bath water - Butt should be encouraged to be natural and play with flair. I fear all this over criticism that he doesnt play well on the leg side is just missing the point about is strengths and his attitude.

39.1 Kumble to Youhana, no run, comes on the frontfoot to defend it, the pad is first, a very loud appeal, this was even closer than Inzy's lbw but umpire Darrell Hair denies the appeal this time

I dont get this why its always pakistan who dont get the benefit of doubt from umpires when it comes to batting. I think inzy shouldnt have been out..... he was too forward.

3 consecutive boundaries from Asim!! Very beautiful strokeplay! (first one was a missed catch tho but the otehr 2 beautiful)

Fetch that , says Asim to the various poodles on the field ( Mod losing it here ).... 4 consec boundaries...

Inzi was playing a sehwag inning xcept with bttr strokeplay. difference is that sehwag goes on to make big ones. i think its true tho that if inzi had the kind of support sehwag has it would help him be nmore relaxed and 2 play his shots

Inzi does go on though usually. He has two hundreds in the last five tests. In both innings he was a little unlucky. But yes once set should get big ones.

Realistically india only need one more wicket to seal the game. Pray for these 2 and also for RAIN!!!!

Do remember this is cricket, the only sport where you can see real miracles occur in a day or two, or even a single session. Think of the India/Aus Kolkata test, or Pakistan recovering from 26/6 to win in Kolkata a couple of years before, or recently, India bowling Aus out for 93 when defending a lead of 107.

Nothing's certain yet.

A good Razzaq/Kamal partnership and a few late fireworks from Akmal/Sami could very well give Pakistan enough of a lead to worry us on a fifth day wicket. And just as easily, a couple of rash shots could seal the game in the next hour itself.

Please guys, show consistency in our team. We don't need AFridi in our team!!! i would only include afridi if all our other potential batsmen have been tried (those being yassir/malik). As a specialist bowler i dont think he will make it; atleast not in the test team.

ohh man..can we last till lunch tomorrow with a 150-170 lead.. Please God!!! please ..

64.1 Tendulkar to Asim Kamal, no run, big turn!!! starts round the
stumps and throws one up wide, the ball turns a big way and Asim
Kamal plays it away to Ganguly at square leg

good fight from pak here

finally some responsible batting from the razzler

8 overs remaining!!!!!!!!!
this is the most crucial time...no need to lose wicket....if we're still 5 down at close of play, then remaining batsmen can regroup with inzi and bw, and make a startegy and then come out fresh to bat the whole day......

nahin!!!! its all over, Balaji thinks hes Glenn McGrath, Pakistan think theyre Pakistan.

damnitt.. razzler has to take the responsibility now...and lets pray for rain tomorrow..

akmal is a very capable batsman he can make a big score if he really needs to lets hope he rises to the occasion now.

Kumble to Abdul Razzaq, no run, googly, pitched outside the off stump and turning in, Razzaq was clueless, ball hits the pad touch outside the line of the off stump and that saves him, loud appeal turned down

well thats the end of day's play...we can only hope that razzaq and kamran can chip in mightily...cuz we have no more good batsmen after these two.
