"Amazing what people do for money" : Brad Hodge comment on Kohli Ad video causes a storm

And the person who is ridiculing some, is also open to ridicule for his/her ridiculing of others! Fair innit?

Not sure how you can justify that tbh - Kohli can choose not to do such ads, instead the focus is on the 'foreigner being jealous'. :jk

Who are you to decide the as is bad or not? Problem with people is if they don't like something they become all judgemental. The ad doesn't violate any laws and if someone don't like it they can ignore to not watch it.

I can tell Brad Hodge he can choose not to play cricket and become a scientist or environmentalist, and ridicule him for playing cricket.
Similarly I can ridicule whatever you do.

End of the day you are no one to decide whether Kohli should do those ads or not, it's his life and he can do whatever he wants as per the laws. If you don't like something he does don't watch simple.
If you watch and comment ridiculing it then others will comment and ridicule you.

That's what Brad Hodge got, he started the wrong and Indian trolls took it to next level.

If you are not interested in discussing this, then what are you doing on a thread that is discussing whether Kohli's ad is cringey or appropriate and whether Hodge's response to the ad was suitable or not?

And surely Hodge can mind his business and choose not to comment?

Why is it ok to ridicule the action of one person and not the other. It’s not like ones actions are harming the society. So why not the same rules for both?

Doesn't harm society!?

Have you seen the increase in visual and noise pollution as a result of millions of people seeing that ad? :abbas

lol, spot on. Hodge just basically called the ad out cos it looked cringeworthy, it wasnt a biggie but its been made out to be something major, Kohli is making mega bucks in whatever he does so that why it was a surprise that he chose THIS ad.
