Anyone in Pakistan who can consistently swing the new white ball?

Didn't watch the recent domestic tourneys so I am not aware of any upcoming bowlers who can move it. So any names to spell out?

I am not talking about moving it on these dreadful tracks, but moving it generally for 6/8 overs at slightly better surfaces. Even if they just bowl at mid 130s.
