Are emerging players threat to "senior players"?

The other day we saw Islamabad gave zeeshan zameer only 1 over where he gave away 7 runs.
Today Qasim Akram was given 1 over by Babar Azam. Both these teams lost the match and both the bowlers were decent after 1 over.

The other day everyone saw Kamran Akmal trying to subdue Mohammad umer for his celebration style or something. The owners or selection committee should put the foot down and say if they are given a role in 11 then they should be tried completely.

Haris should have been playing from game 1 becouse his keeping is much better than kamran.
