Are having too many insecure coaches impacting team Pakistan?

If you think about it there is a squad of 15/16 players all (or most) selected on merit. Do we really need so many coaches? If the team is loosing or if the bowlers and batsmen are not doing their job, the coaches would feel pressure and they may end up over working the players.

May be we need just one coach (could be Inzi) who can then tackle each player according to their temperament.

The counter agruement to that is that nowadays every team has multiple coaches.
