Parag is a genuine allrounder. He can bowl good off spin and he is economical. He also has the range of shots to bat in Top 5.

To me, Washington Sundar and Parag should be in the squad. They can bowl well and lengthen the batting lineup without compromising on the bowling.

He can come in at No.8 or N0.9 and still do a very good job. Sundar may not be able to hit like Abshishek, but he has shown in the England Tests that he can be extremely dangerous with the bat coming lower down the order.
