"It was a tough day yesterday (Day 2) and the boys learnt a few lessons about playing cricket outside the sub-continent, particularly for the young batsmen"
"We played well in the early part of the day as we cameback well and bowled better lines and so I was quite pleased"
"Then you have a last wicket stand which takes momentum away from you and then you need to start batting under lights"
"We need to help the guys believe in themselves; if we have guys with 10,000 runs second guessing their techniques then we are in trouble"
"We have to get through this period and then discuss for the game in Melbourne but we need to make them believe (in themselves)"
"We have spoken about style of play at Brisbane; In the sub-continent you defend by by staying leg-side of the ball and then opening your wrists which clearly doesn't work here as you end up nicking it"
"So much as we train it and practice it, the first default mechanism is to go back to what they know"
"One can only hope that we can outline this and give them video footage before the next game so they know where the angles are and where we want them to play it"
