I am really looking forward to see Bangladesh and I hope they have matured this time around. They are talented batsmen but somehow have a tendency to collapse big time.
This match is a warm up for the bigger warm up match later today on same ground: Pakistan vs. SA.

I was just watching Lancashire's match against Leicesterchire yesterday and the boundaries looked surprisingly small. Is that happening only in county matches or will we see these small boundaries in T20 WC as well?

I just checked the scoreboards of Bangladeshi warmup games and some of their young players are doing really well.

Mahmudullah, Rubel Hussain, Ashraful (still young i guess), Tamim etc were brilliant.
They THRASHED Netherlands (one of our opponents in first round) and did well in most other games. They will definitely give tough time to their opponents.

This encouter is going to be very interesting. I still don't think that Bangladesh has fully matured into a proper winning team yet, but this match will show how far they've actually gotten.

I wouldnt be shocked if Bangla beat the Aussies in this game. Its one form of game which is more open to upsets.

Bangladesh have been hit hard by ICL players missing - Ashraful didnt look too confident during his press conference yesterday

12.50pm It's a gloriously hot day in Nottingham and we are set to enjoy two Twenty20 warm-up matches, starting with Australia against Bangladesh at 1.30pm. Team news and toss to follow.

Saj is there a big screen there when you come on the camera? and also how is the crowd going to be for the Pak game?

SMASHED over wide mid on! 1st six of the day, from Watson!

Haddin read the slower one, big six

Australia getting quite comfortable now. Runs are coming freely.

MISFIELD! Very unlucky for Bangladesh, i'm really feeling for them... You can see they are putting the effort in!

Textbook shot for six. and now a four, 22 from the over. Not looking good. Come on B'desh!

Make that 59/0 after 5...4 off the last ball

22 off the over!

BD are a shambles in the field. Very ordinary effort so far.

This is painful to watch... They just need a wicket to break this partnership! Haddin and Watson are looking too comfortable.

Aussies off to a flyer here, Sounds like Bangladesh bowling a lot of dross here!

The fielding for B'desh has been pretty good, they have made an effort at trying to stop boundaries. The bowling however is appalling!

What are they doing in the field?!! Even the good fielders are constipated today!!

Oh and now a sweep for four. Oh dear, at this rate Australia are going to post a total in excess of 200.

Terrible bowling.

Shocking fielding

Blistering onslaught from Aussies

86-0 off 7 overs

Oh great shot, chipped for 4 more

86 after 7 now! This is a massacre man!

Good 2 balls from Sakib, then it was ruined. Watson 50 from 21 balls. Good hitting from the Aussies side.
