South Africa Really Dont Need The Aussie Tail To Wag Again!
They Need To Get Them Out Very Quickly!

Morkel Is Getting Close To The Danger Area Of The Pitch!

Nice Shot From Johnson For 1!

Inside Edge From Clarke And Picks Up A Single

6/273

Lovely Conditions Out There On The Ground!

EDGED BY CLARKE AND THE BALL RUNS DOWN TO THE THIRD MAN BOUNDRY!

:four

NICELY PLAYED FROM CLARKE AND HE GUIDES IT TO THIRD MAN FOR FOUR!

SOLID BATTING!

:four

A controlled edge and a drive through backward point from Clarke takes him to 88

Beautiful shot from Clarke off the back foot and they pick up three!

DROPPED!!!
KALLIS DROPS JOHNSON!!
IT WAS SMITHS CATCH BUT KALLIS WENT FOR IT BUT COULDNT HOLD ON!!

POOR COMMUNICATION!

TWO FOURS IN A ROW AFTER THE DROPPED CATCH!!

BRILLIANT SHOTS!!

:four :four

6/294

That Was Truly Poor Communication From Kallis And Smith!!

Can Johnson Pay For Their Mistake!!?

Good start from Aus. Looking at MJ hard not to feel he should have been ahead of McDonald in the batting order.

Lovely Delivery From Morkel Goes Through Bat And Pad Of Clarke!

Have no idea how Johnson cannot be considered ann all rounder. He looks like a top order batsman, plays with such a straight bat

In current form he is looks more safe than Hayden.

Johnson is just lucky. He's no great player. I for one am getting bored of him. He's saving the aussies bums here again though.

You have never heard of that term?
Johnson with a cracking pull followed by an off drive for boundaries

I might have. But it is little oxy-moronic.

Johnson might get a test ton before his career is over, Kumble, Vaas and Saqlain did, and he looks better than all three of them.

Talk about perfect running between the wickets....that picture should be seen by every young cricketer

Jeez - that was close though!!! I thought he was a gonner just before the last frame!

100*

it was a third umpire run out decision but had already started celebrating and was indeed home in the end

Down the pitch to the spinner Harris and taken on the full toss for 4 by Clarke

South Africa is once again struggling to finish the tail despite having someone like Steyn.

Clarke should go for 200 and bat South Africa out of the game. Australia has played 100 overs now.

Whats the deal with Macgrath being quite prominent in this test?

Showed a fair bit of him yesterday

How many runs Australia has to score to bat South Africa out of the game?

Code:
A) 400 plus
B) 500 plus
C) 625 Plus
D) 700 plus

Something to do with breast cancer charity

They will do well to get B

Sydney usually produces high first innings scores. This is no exception. If they can cross 500 that will be a huge achievement.

achievment for Australia will be to cross 400. They will be satisfied. One wicket falls now then getting 55 more runs will be hard

Its because they are raising funds for Mcgrath foundation for breast cancer and this is his home ground so officially its the Pink test thats why pink stumps etc.

112 runs partnership. Are they taking revenge for that 180 partnership between Duminy and Steyn? Johnson is a much better batsman than Steyn though.

Australi ballabaz ki fifty
Johnson 50 - Clarke 132
Aus 360-6 after 112 overs

Would have been embarrassing if not for these two.

On slightly batsmen friendly surfaces SA struggles just like everyone else despite the best bowling attack.

Flat pitch as you'll ever see. Might take turn later but for now I imagine Australia might even have to declare.

Wow, excellent partnership. I've just tuned into the match. Clarke and Johnson really taking the match by the scruff of the neck, exciting stuff.

Johnson now on 60, his highest first class score beating previous best of 54

WOW, Duminy gets the break trough, Clarke hits a full toss to Duminy's left who dives to take a good catch. Clarke will be livid to get out to that one. He scored 138

Mubarak ho. A wicket. bowler and catcher the mysterious Duminy
Aus 379-7

Badly needed wicket. I'll be happy with under 450 on this pitch. 400 could still be possible with a few lucky strikes.

Johnson out for 64, Graeme Smith the catcher. Both set batsmen gone within 2 overs, 381-8 now Australia

Now 400 looks unrealistic. Not enough total on this surface.

You didn't see those few keep low ? I think it's a really good score. Good pitch to win the toss on that's for sure. S.A won't enjoy batting last.

I think they may just scrap through on 400. They will be playing a lot more cautiously.

Bounce the freaking muppets ! Why the lack of bouncers to the tail enders this whole series ?

Duminy not the worst part timer you have ever seen, getting the odd ball to spin.
