Babar Azam can be our Kane Williamson

I think this is a better comparison than Kohli who is just a freak. Babar bats in a similar fashion. But also has a similar personality to Williamson. Would just like to see him add more intensity in the field.

I think Babar will captain Pakistan one day. Whether people like it or not. He ticks all the boxes. Hopefully he can be a great tactician, but I think his batting will get better as he gets more experience. I think he will have to rely on leading by example.

I have a feeling today could be a changing point in Babars career. He now has the belief that he can get us over the line against top teams in pressure situations. This and improving his strike rotation are things he needs improve on.

I believe Babar will break every Pakistani batting record. Let’s see if he can finish his career up there with the likes of Smith, Root, and Williamson.

I am optimistic when it comes to Babars career. This is the 1st time whilst watching Pakistan I have genuine confidence in a Pakistani batter other than YK and Inzi.

No need to compare but Kane Williamson is an excellent role model for any upcoming batsman. The problem is.. he's technically so good that it is very difficult to emulate him. If it weren't for a certain Virat Kohli (the absolute gold standard of batting), Williamson would be World #1 when it comes to batting in crunch games and leading his team from the front.

I just meant in terms of role , importance, and career trajectory. Obviously he should aim to be the 1st Babar Azam rather than the next Kane Williamson.

Babar will end up as an ATG batsmen no doubt, special player .
