Ramiz Raja and Aamir Sohail back to slag off the youngsters and try to run an agenda to have RizBar back?

No they have left that open to bait India into another global humiliation…

I was wondering the same.

Nur Khan base might take a long time to be functional again. Humne waha khadda bana diya lol :ROFLMAO: :kp

No DRS for Pakistan's home series against Bangladesh

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided against using DRS technology during the three-match T20 home series against Bangladesh due to shortage of technical staff.

The absence of DRS for the upcoming three-match series has been attributed to the unavailability of the technical staff that typically operates the system. According to PCB sources, the team responsible for the technology has yet to return following the conclusion of the HBL PSL.

The Bangladesh team has already been informed of the decision, and the series will proceed without the system that has become a staple in modern international cricket.

While the DRS absence may raise questions about its potential impact on the fairness of decisions, both teams are expected to adapt to the circumstances.

A reliable PCB source said due to the lack of interest in the series which begins on Wednesday the Board had decided against having the DRS technology.

"It is not cost effective for the board or broadcasters to have DRS technology in the series," the source said.

Atleast they should tell the Truth. 🤣🤣🤣

Even after 10 years PSL , PCB still heavily relies on foreign—especially Indian—companies for core broadcast technologies like Hawk-Eye, DRS, ball-tracking etc.

While all Pakistani sources are citing 'lack of technical staff', only the Indian sources are citing 'cost issues'. One of the Indian sources even quoted 'a reliable spokesperson from PCB' while no Pakistani medium has still covered any such statement...😂

Ironic that PCB is yet to reveal these details to its own journalists and approached Indians first?....

Even if it's an Indian source , it's pretty believable. Nobody wants to pay to watch a Bangladesh series. Least attractive touring side for any host broadcaster. :inti

DRS should always be part of the game, it is an essential requirement for modern cricket. If the series has such poor viewership and won't generate enough money to have DRS, they should not play it, or the match shouldn't have international status.

I am okay with no DRS. :inti

Cricket survived without it for over a century. It is not a big deal.

Can't wait for international cricket, PSLIPl had really taken the boredom to next level.

i think they are telling the truth. Do you honestly believe anyone wants to watch a BD tour? they just lost to UAE for God's sake.

on the other hand i thought PCB and PSL was doing pretty well. i didn't realize there was no DRS for PSL. why? is it so expensive?

DRS was not available in the PSL after india - Pakistan stand-off because all the Indian PSL crews leaves and Indians crew managed the DRS ,ball tracking, Speed guns etc in the PSL .

:kp

In the absence of DRS and neutral umpires, I trust the PCB will appoint senior umpires—preferably those with visible signs of religious commitment, such as long beards—to uphold the spirit of the game. Their deep sense of accountability and desire not to jeopardize their chances of entering Jannah should ensure fair and ethical decision-making on the field. It will be appreciated by both the teams and neutral fans.

Oh I didn't know that. Don't follow PSL all that much unless I visit this site. So missed that part

Pakistani umpires have a better international track record than any rajus that India has produced. In my last 20 years of watching cricket, I have rarely seen a half decent indian umpire.

Can't think of any mainstream Indian umpire in the last 20 years. Correct. :inti

From Asia, these guys have been prominent --> Aleem Dar, Asad Rauf, Ashoka De Silva, and Kumar Dharmasena.
