Bangladesh unable to find a Head Coach after Chandika Hathurusingha!

Paul Fabrace is the recent coach approached by Bangladesh which has declined the offer along with Andy Flower, Justin Langer, Tom Moody, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara who have already turned the offer down.

Why is it becoming so hard for Bangladesh to find a coach what do you guys think?

To be honest I am really surprised. They are upcoming side , yet so many players refusing it. Maybe they already committed.

May be mismatch of terms and conditions (especially to obey papon all the time) ��

Because of players' and board officials' attitudes. No body want be rubbished after leaving the job or few bad series

When you can coach some league team and get decent $$$ in a short period of time, why would anyone accept a full time coaching job? And it’s Bangladesh, not Australia. It’s a risky job as performance is never a guarantee with them no matter how good a coach you are.
