Supposed to be an early start but play could be delayed by bad weather again. Hope we are able to win this. INSHALLAH we'll do it

Looking forward to it. This is the 2nd consecutive day where Cricinfo not giving an update on when the match is gonna start...

Good morning and welcome to the fifth day. Can't confirm as of now when play will start. I'll try and get an update as soon as I can.

There is no news from the ground regarding the start of play. Fog has played its role in the first four days and we don't have any updates whether fog is going to delay the start of today's play as well.

Just heard that we could start at 9.30 like yesterday : Cricinfo.
:yahoo

Wouldn't it be kinda nice to see Gul take a hatrick and we win by an innings? In like 20 mins?

Atleast I would get more work done tonight.

9.25: It's a foggy morning as usual and the umpires are in discussion. What it means is play will definitely not start on time. So, sorry folks. We all have to wait. Hope the umpires can confirm something soon.

:( :(

The good news is that the covers have been removed and play will start in 10 to 20 mins

9.35: Just heard that play will begin at 9.50. The covers have been removed.

9.43: Oh wait hang on. Now they say it's an inspection at 9.50. Let's hope the delay isn't too long.

Do you want the players to starve?!

(Ok they probably don't eat a meal during lunch anyway, but still)

No I mean its nearly lunch time they should start after eating Lunch.

Isam sends me this from the Daily Kaler Kantho (bangla newspaper): Tamim Iqbal said before the series began that Saeed Ajmal would be the major threat. He didn't face a single ball from him."

now he should wait for the next series in pakistan :ajmal

I hope these two do not bat till lunch...... I dread to think pakistan chasing 100 ..... and satisfied with a draw.

I wonder which bowler has bowled most maidens in Test and ODI cricket??? Anyone?

I have having a feeling that Pakistan might not be able to break this partnership, like something simillar in first innings.

Haddle 185 maidens from 115 matches.... I guess he is the best..... But of course it was a different era.

A draw would be a win for BD here, and it's possible considering pakistan inability to finish things off recently.

Pakistan must strike before lunch here, Lead should not be allowed to swell too much.

It looks like Pakistani bowling doesn't look that dangerous as it was looking before. Why???
