Hazlewood is probably more consistent and more suited to flatter decks with his surprising pace.
Philander is a match-winner though on his day especially if there is some nibble. Choose him for sub-50 demolition jobs
Both are world-class though and underestimated compared to their flashier bowling partners (Starc, Steyn, Rabada, Cummins)
