Some very interesting historical points raised in this book. I have not yet finished reading it, but will post my summary on this thread once I'm done.

Humble request. Let's keep the discussion civil, objective and on topic. Let's not allow this thread to degenerate into the usual India-Pakistan keyboard warrior pseudo-patriotic mud-slinging fest.

Some controversial items are written in this book. Khan claims that the Muslim League was an artificial construct, created by the British to combat the Congress party as it grew across its Indian colony. He also claims that the British gave a lot of funds to Jinnah and his party, while arresting other prominent muslim leaders, effectively forcing all muslims to resort to one party. Apparently Jinnah was a willing accomplice in all of this.

More to come.

This guy was a politician so his opinions are politically motivated and not facts.

Indians and their love for Bacha khan family just because he hated PML, Jinnah and Pakistan lol

The guy's father was also buddy buddy with Gandhi. So much for being an unbiased source of history.

So anybody "buddy buddy" with Gandhi can't be an unbiased source of history? Even Jinnah was "buddy buddy" at one point no?

Who's using Jinnah as the ultimate authority on Pak-Indo history? If you want to have an unbiased and objective discussion why would you use any Indian or Pakistani with links to either of the founding fathers. That is inherently biased.

@oopercut remind us which of the Indian leaders were collaborating with nazi Germany, one of the most evil regimes known to man kind.

This wali guy was a communist redhat. His whole political campaign was proped up by the soviets, after socialism failed he turned his party into an ethnofascist movement.

Interesting. I don't know much about him beyond the basic biographic details. Got any links? I would like to read and learn more.

But aren't you reading his biography and that is the reason you started this thread?
