And has any other team ever done this before? I doubt any other team has even won 5 consecutive away tours to Eng and Aus. Perhaps even the great West Indian teams didnt manage this!

What an achievement it would be. Still backing England for the series but don't rule out this South African team under Faf Du Plesies.

With the depth of their bowling, they will always remain competitive outside of Asia.

on flip side they too often lost to them their own den.

True that. Out of their last eight series at home against Australia and England, they've lost six and drawn two.

Last series win for SA at home against England was in 1999. And they haven't beaten Australia in a home series since readmission, meaning that they last beat them at home in 1970!

Eng and Aus pitches give the proteas the same conditions that they get back at home so it's not that big an accomplishment. Seam and bounce is what they've grown up on.

Should i say india winning at home on rank turner is not a big accomplishment similar to SA at eng and aus?
