What pace was Mark Wood and plunkett bowling at?
Wahab just bowled at 92mph (148kph)
I think that was a no ball.148km/h from Wahab.
On the ICC site the ball by ball commentary has the speeds of every ball, espn should do the same.
Fastest i've seen so far was Milne at just under 150kph. Wahab bowled one at 149kph too last night.
Starc by far the fastest on average tho.
Suprised at how fast Kumar is bowling now, last time i saw him years ago he was late 120's, now he's about 140kph most balls. shows he is a hard worker.
MMHS, your thoughts on Pat Cummins and how good can he be?![]()
which app are you using to get that speed data?
Bumrah 8 straight balls at 146 kph, last one 147 kph
Bumrah 147 KPH
Umesh 145 KPH
Its on ICC's website...match center --> hawk-eye
How did Bumrah get so fast ? And with that action ?
He's chucking.Just tuned in 2 overs ago and first ball i saw Junaid Khan he clocked 140kph. Very happy for him. Well done to NCA and team trainer JK looks quite fit and in rhythm.
Average and top speeds of Amir and Junaid ?

Uptil now
Milne 149.9
Wahab 149.6
Rabada 149.2
Cummins 149.1
Starc 148.6
Bumrah 147.3
Wood 147.1
Hasan 146.3
Wood is going to be leading this pretty soon. He can bowl 150 KPH consistently. Wonder whatever happened to Milne tho. Maybe he's holding back his pace to avoid injuries.
Wahab was carrying a niggle even before the match vs India. It was reported and He did rest for few days. Still he only played 1 match while he wasn't fully fit and clocked 149.6 kph. Though he was attrocious unfortunately.
Missing Lockie Ferguson. I believe that NZ should have picked both Ferguson & Milne for CT but they have two quality allrounders in shape of Neesham & Anderson so it was difficult decision for them. Still yaar Collin De Grandehome is 3rd pace bowling allrounder so he could have been benched. Broom ahead of Munro is shocking too. Aman @leatherface
Two fastest pacers in IPL were Cummins and Ferguson. Cummins clocked 153.56 and Ferguson clocked 150.90. Rabada, Billy Stanlake, Tymal Mills & Varun Aaron also touched 150 kph while Morris bowled one at 149.94 kph.
I believe that Speed Guns are variable. (+ - 3-5 kph) but I am linking these ones at CT. They are to my liking and are standardized.
For Me only borderline Express Pacer currently in World Cricket is Adam Milne. I say this because He bowls most number of deliveries above 146.5 kph mark in a spell of 10 overs. In UAE heat vs Pakistan in one of the Odi his average speed after 7-8 overs was 91.9 mph.
If Milne bowls less slower balls than again on Average speed He will be the Fastest while Cummins or Starc might bowl the Fastest CT delivery. Since Milne is coming back from Injury so he might not be able to do that in CT unless NZ reach Final.
Wood is also coming back from a injury.
Good overview of fast bowlers playing nowadays. You missed Chameera and this other express pace bowler in Sri Lanka, I keep forgetting his name, I think it's Shanaka. Any-who, Pattinson is also Express. Australia is very lucky to have the availability of so many quick options.
Yes Chameera & Pattinson both can hit 150kph.
Shanaka should have been in SL squad. He is a medium fast all-rounder who can hit huge sixes. He is a powerhitter destructive batsman.
Thah bowler is 20 years old Lahiru Kumara. He is good.
Yes Australia have 6-7 good bowlers capable of bowling 145kph plus.
