But did England under-estimate Pakistan?

It was Pak high quality balling that defeated Eng. As I said in many posts, BD will surprise India and then Pak will sail over them in the finals

Not sure, but they did not really push when batting because they thought Pakistan batting will collapse. If they were playing India or Australia they would have showed more intent to get more runs.
