Did the foreign players, support staff pressurize the PCB, Franchises to relax the PSL bubble?

Sammy was caught violating the bio secure bubble and was immediately told to go into a 10 day quarantine. Next we hear that the players are exempted from the quarantine because the PZ team management submitted 2 negative tests. Next we hear Javed Afridi threatened to boycott the PSL if the players were not reintegrated and allowed to participate in the PSL immediately

We then see photographs of foreign players playing golf which means they were repeatedly going in and out of the bubble at will. I wonder if the Foreign players put up Diva demands with the Franchises and PCB on relaxing the bubble or otherwise threatening to leave the PSL. As it is most players are suffering from severe mental health issues because of the stress, lonliness of confining themselves in bubbles for long time periods i.e. Joffra Archer, Steve Smith, Quintan De Cock.

Is it possible for any board to have a model Bio Secure Bubble where there is zero risk of any Covid infection entering that bubble while giving the players in that bubble numerous outlets to de stress, enjoy themselves and get a mental break without having to exit that bubble?

Maybe Cricket Boards can look into booking an entire Resort for Cricket players and sportsmen where they have numerous outlets to enjoy themselves and a vast diversity in cuisines to indulge in.

It was multiple trips? I just saw one.

The SOPs were shared with the franchises on the 18th of February which set out how we were looking to make this work. We don't know if anything was picked up at the golf. Players (foreign/local), some, may act as spoilt brats and may seek relaxations but they are going through non-stop bubble since June/July last year (for some).

So cut them some slack? Whether or not players put up demands, organizers hold complete responsibility if there is a breach.

But this is a good way, blame foreigners and then when they refuse to come, blame them then too.

The blame is with the PCB for not setting clear rules. If there is no clear rules, then people will do what they want.

1. Too weak and could not handle pressure put up by franchises/externals/VIPs
2. Too stupid and did not take the bio-secure bubble management seriously
