Good to see flintoff back. God knows why prior is still in england team. Whys shah been dropped he has performed pretty decently for england recently?

Intresting to see Broad v sachin/ganguly at top of the order. Should be fun.

well, he's a better keeper to have in ODI's, but it is very confusing as to why he is their Test wicketkeeper when they have far better options (Read/Foster)..

as for Shah, what the hell has he done wrong? He was their star against the West Indies and he looked in prime touch, saving, or attempting to save England time and time again and now he gets dropped.

and I thought we had the worst selectors..
 
Is Shah now going to announce his international retirement and sign an ICL contract? ;-)

Unbeleivable. If anything, Cook should have been left out. It was disscussed by the Sky sports broadcasters. Cook has had a hard time against India. And on the other hand Shah has been playing his best ODI cricket.

288/2 off 50 overs. Great effort to get to this score. Fantastic innings by Cook and Bell who were both under pressure in this match. I suppose their selections are justified now.
 
To only lose 2 wickets and not score 300+ must be a dissapointment for england.

England should be satisfied with that score after been put in. Great innings by Bell and Cook, good future prospects. Just feel that there 20 or so runs short on what seems a good wicket.

Defiantly, cant see Shah scoring a 100.
 
good score looking at England started slow (first 15 overs). They scored over 6.5??? an over last 25 some overs I think. The outfield is slow too
 
Intresting to see if the bowlers get any assistance under lights or weather any evening dew will hinder them.
 
My moneys on India. England showed how easy it is to bat on this pitch, but i dont think they made the most of it. Atleast India know what they have to score at.
 
Monty gets a run out :))) Ganguly is run out :))) Ganguly thought the ball had gone past Monty and the ball was already being thrown in.
