She's a bit of a pioneer in Pakistani sports broadcasting. I think she does her job very well and she is helping to get girls interested in the sport well that's even better.

Young girls should learn to start alternative social media accounts before embarking on their careers :inti

She is good at the job, much better than the retired Pak players who most of the time have no clue what to say.

I would say that she is one of the PIONEERS of women's commentary in the modern era. She is too good at her job.

This I would say is good advice for everyone. If you get famous. Good luck trying to cover your tracks. Because now you'll be scrutinized over your every word. Past or present.

TBH, when she came on the scene, she seemed to bring "novelty value" - fast forward to today and her opinions carry a lot of weight.

I definitely think the likes of Zainab Abbas and Urooj Mumtaz have helped international cricket return to Pakistan by portraying a “softer” image of the country… Particularly to England, Aus, NZ and SAF

Not to mention inspiring a new generation of podcasters / presenters like Ruha Nadeem

Roha Nadeem is below average. Zainab is the only one who does it well among Pakistani female presenters.

Hard to say - Ruha mainly does YouTube podcasts so not as much exposure as Zainab

She hosted that PTV show with the likes of Shoaib Akhtar, Sana Mir etc and has been getting a lot of gigs recently.

If we're talking about revitalizing women's commentatorship and enhancing female representation in the PCB structure, Zainab deserves to be right at the forefront.

More power to her.
