In a jaw-dropping twist, human traffickers have devised yet another outrageous scheme – this time disguising migrants as a professional football squad.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) revealed that a 22-member bogus football team managed to fly from Sialkot Airport all the way to Japan. But the dream run didn’t last long as Japanese authorities flagged their papers as counterfeit and swiftly deported the entire group back to Pakistan.

The ringleader, Malik Waqas, has been taken into custody. Investigators say he had set up a sham club called Golden Football Trial, gave the men crash-course training to pose as athletes, and pocketed a staggering Rs4 million per head for the dangerous gamble.

An FIR has been lodged at the FIA Gujranwala police station, and officials vow to uncover the full network behind this latest smuggling scandal.

Analysts warn that this bizarre episode highlights how smugglers keep changing tactics to dodge law enforcement, putting desperate people at risk of fraud, exploitation, and deportation.

Have to admit this guy was very creative. May be watched one too many movies about deception / fraud.

Its a shame that these guys doesn't use their brains for having a good legal career.

I was also thinking the same.guy is quite brilliant. Came up with an ingenious idea.
 
Another epic fail by Pakistan! 🤦‍♂️

Sending a fake football team abroad, carrying forged documents, and getting caught red-handed in Japan—this is peak embarrassment. Not only does it expose their human trafficking racket, but it also shows how desperate and reckless some elements in Pakistan are. Charging Rs 4 million per person for a fake “Golden Football Trial” is nothing short of exploitation.

it was not sent by Pakistan... they were impostors trying to go abroad... Human traffickers.
 
Forget this, you can even get scholarships on fake schools transcripts in Pakistan and get admission into top Unis in US based on that even if you have failed ur A levels.

In this scam, people from the ministry and the sports board are also involved. In this case people from the football board were probably involved.

Anyways, Fifa should ban our Football federation. The people that suffer are the actual football players of Pakistan if an opportunity was there to travel but got used up by the wrong people for the wrong reasons.
 
These things are done by Indians also. As a matter of fact, India is probably #1 in the world when it comes to frauds like this. Not sure why Indians are laughing. :inti

Anyway, very dumb thing to do with Japan. LOL. Japanese are very strict and intelligent people. They can easily catch these.

They might have gotten away in western countries had they tried there.

No need to bring indians in this, it's pak's fault it was'nt sent by pak but this is human trafficking and it needs to be stopped
