Mine would be in no particular order

Arrested Development ("I'm afraid I just blue myself" - Tobias, the most quotable series ever.)
Blackadder (Atkinson at his best, with the greatest supporting cast of Robinson, Laurie, McInnery (Darling :)) ), Fry etc)
Parks and Recreations (Offerman and fat Pratt were hilarious with a good cameo from Lowe)
Party Down (very under rated series about struggling actors working part time jobs)
Flight Of The Concorde (Most hilarious NZ show ever.)
Spaced (Peggs breakout show)
The Office (both US and UK versions)
Faulty Towers (A Cleese masterpiece)
Eastbound and Down (Some Mcbride goodness)
Yes Minister (Great political satire, grounds for In The loop)
Veep (Best American political satire ever. Dreyfus is unstoppable with a more than competent supporting cast).

Will add more as memory serves.

Only Fools and Horses = The GOAT

Damn, forgot all about that one, One of the best of the best British comedies along with Black Adder and Faulty Towers.

You are a better cinephile (well not applicable to TV but still ) than me, my friend.

Watched a bit of Mr Bean recently on one of the cable channels as I haven't really watched it properly in the past. But yeah, Atkinson is a great comedy actor.

Another one from the not too distant past that I liked is Frasier.

Mr Bean is what Atkinson resorted to later on in his career, as such physical comedy and improv was looked down upon at a time when British wit was its best (The Monty Python series, OFAH, Faulty Towers etc). You should however watch the Black Adder series when he actually speaks.

I am however a fan of no dialogue comedy as it does dispose of the language barrier and is internationally funny and can reach a larger audience. I remember the times in Dubai TV which use to end at 10 every night and a bit later on Thursdays for a foreign film (all astgahfurallah scenes cut) but we all enjoyed a bit of Mr Bean. It really is/was entertainment for the masses transcending language and cultural barriers.

Yes, that's a major point, I believe many people around the world have enjoyed this comedy because of it.

Btw, your username sounds like an evil Super Lord from the LOTR or GOT. What's the story behind that.

It was always played after Iftar during Ramadan, Friday comedy mornings in Dubai and on international flights on Emirates before. Problem was there were just so many episodes :acp

Nothing exciting, used in the past elsewhere but yeah, I guess you could say it's to sound with a bit of authority. :rahi
