Everyone is different, but everyone's problems are very similar.

Everyday you or your parents have to show up for work/school to have a good career or make a living to put food on table. Almost everyone go through this.

Forget about Afridi, or Gambhir, Kashmir or Pakistan or India.

Stop with Pakistanis this and Indians that.

Stop the generalization. We are forum members, a tiny dot on a big map, among billion people across borders.

You can dislike a pakistani or an indian on individual bases who has done harm to you. Can't generalize and put everyone on same bracket. I have been roommates with Pakistani born individuals, trust me, there is barely a difference among us.

Played tons of cricket during high school, dined together. We want our respective teams to win, we praise each other teams and criticize to the fullest.

But no-one is enemy here. Stop having perception of a country just reading history and news. It's easier for me to say, as I have been contact with many across the border. But attacks on people on personal level on an internet forum, just put a bad taste in mouth.

People need to take a chill pill and step back.

Every individual in every country has different thinking. I also blame our ancestors to have typical mind set. Premeditated hate for certain culture or country. It's wrong, once you come across individuals and get to know them, it will change your perception. There was a video circling around of ancestry thing that people who was being racist to certain ethnicity, turned out to be part of that ethnicity, genetically.

Afridi doesn't represent whole of Pakistan, neither Gambhir. Not all Countrymen of those countries hold same views on things. It looks great for a day or two, and gives you false entitlement that 'Show em Afridi' ' Show em Gambhir', but in a long run these are petty things and waste of time for our daily lives.

I admit I get sucked into this hole at times, but I regret as it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Okay preaching over,:moyo2 I enjoyed PSL, time to enjoy IPL. :kohli2

I do not want to hurt your feelings or walk on your parade, but your words are hollow Cricketworm. Frankly speaking if it wasn’t for the actions of the Indian Army or the meltdown post Afridi Tweet, such a thread would not exist. Meaning, the words in the OP are in reality, a stealth attempt to bolster a positive Indian image and an effort to vindicate Indian actions by asking users to forget the past and move on. Are you for real? You want to forget the past? Look at your signature, tell me if forgetting the past is as easy as pie?

If an Indian user posts such words in defence of Pakistan (and vice versa), then I would relinquish credence, attention, and respect upon said words, of course no such defence exists. Thus the OP is merely an attempt to defuse attention on immoral Indian actions.

My 2 cents.
