Gen. Xu Qiliang, Vice Chairman-Central Military Commission China, called on President, PM, COAS, CNS

Rawalpindi, Pakistan: General Xu Qiliang, Vice Chairman Central Military Commission (CMC) visited GHQ with a high level delegation. Visiting dignitary had one on one meeting with COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa followed by delegation level talks.
According to Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) department of Pakistan Army, during the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security, avenues to enhance bilateral defence collaboration and particularly situation in Indian occupied Jummu and Kashmir (IoJ&K) were discussed.
COAS appreciated China’s understanding and support on all important issues particularly Kashmir.

He is the general next to President Xi in PLA, He directly report to the President Xi. while the defense minister, Gen. Wei Fenghe, is just the member of CMC.

Pakistan Army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa discusses situation in Kashmir with top Chinese general

Pakistan Army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa and China's top general held a meeting in Rawalpindi and sicussed about the Kashmir situation.

It was China that had asked for "closed consultations" in the UN Security Council to discuss India revoking the special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
