A long-proposed regional airline in northern China is scheduled to begin operations next year with Comac ARJ21s instead of the Bombardier CRJ900s originally planned. Genghis Khan Airlines has ordered 25 ARJ21s and taken options on another 25 of the regional jets, said an industry source, who added that two ARJ21s will be delivered in December 2018 and 23 more over the following five years
