Elliot has won NZ a World Cup semifinal as well as a Champions Trophy semifinal. If de Villiers does something like that for South Africa, I will also appreciate his heroics in the IPL, CPL etc.

Push Ups have just been started by Misbah. It does not involve use of Cricketing equipment. Though it was for the Soldiers who helped team get fitter but Cook and Co did not like it and so that trend ended soon.
