I grill chicken marinated in a spicy mixture in the oven. No oil at all makes it healthier obviously. I prefer all things grilled but isnt really possible when you dont cook yourself always.
Meat usually tastes much better grilled, some veg too. But you can't grill samosas or potato fries. There are different cooking methods for a reason, some suit certain foods better than others.
Used to go for fried every time, and the taste is undeniably great, but the stuff wrecks my stomach for a couple of days now when I eat too much of it. Has to be grilled now.
Mostly grilled for me and even more so now that summer is almost here. Also the whole process of marination and watching the meat cook gives a whole other level of satisfaction. Have enticed many a neighbor with my tikkas, kababs, mici, nackensteaks, honey glazed ribs etc.
Grilled for sure or cooked in the oven. Microwaved is unhealthy, fried tastes better but is harmful to health. Fried in oil food is okay once in a while, to much will result in obesity and acne like health problems.
