Ok guys lets use our brain now. How can Umar, who is 8 years younger than Kamran, be the same height as Kamran at 7/8 years old when Kamran is supposedly 15-16. The one on the left looks like he is 11/12 max.

The one on the right is definitely Umar but the one on the left is probably just another one of the 6 brothers.

Well I saw an interview of Akmal brothers once they are 7 brothers and one sister IIRC. Umar is the youngest and Adnan is older to him but in between them they have a sister. So immediate elder brother is Adnan.
