Haris Sohail's future progress is inextricably linked with Fawad Alam's demise in Tests!

Seems that the management will not let Haris Sohail go and Fawad Alam, and possibly others will suffer too.

The only real way in for Fawad is a failure of monumental proportions by Haris Sohail which to be frank, seems unlikely.

For Fawad Alam, wrong place - wrong time.

Shafiq and Misbah kept Faadi out of the side, not Haris.

Haris is on another level! Despite not playing any First Class match in 3 years, he looked our best batsman against SL even though playing spin isn't his primary quality.

I have full faith in Haris, a class above the rest. Only thing in way of Haris and greatness is his fitness.

Haris is not Fawad's competition and never has been. These 2 are the best FC batsman in Pakistan and one is just now starting his career after a long delay while the other has been unjustly discarded and ignored despite being the best FC batsman of all time in Pakistan!

Ideally both would have played 60+ tests by now but our incompetent think tanks have wasted both of them, Fawad more then anyone else!

Fawad should have been in the team in place of YK / Misbah who both overstayed their retirement for several years. If he couldn’t make it back then - the there is no way he will replace a younger Haris, Usman, Babar etc.

this is just beginning of Babar Azam's career. Time will soon come when he will start scoring heavily, just an innings away.

Babar Azam's classic 10 runs are million times better than Fawad Alam's ugly 100.
