I'm trying to gather as much real-world insight as possible—how the process works, what recovery looks like, and which hospitals or specialists are best known for handling such complex procedures. I know it's a life-saving treatment for many blood-related diseases, but it also sounds incredibly intense, both physically and emotionally.
