Lethal with the old ball. Backing him to be the first after wasim waqar to reach 200 test wickets

Impressive record so far.

50 at 24.28 a piece is top stuff. He can now move the new ball both ways at around 140 kph and sometimes even higher, has always been pretty good with reverse, can ball a deceptive bouncer as well as a slower ball so he has got pretty much all the skills you want in a pacer.

Fitness can be the only obstacle between him and a pretty good test career however, I hope that with all the training he did while away from cricket his body is now stronger and he can continue without any issues.

He has been on a different level in all formats since his return from injury. Back and better than ever! Hope he carries this form and match-winning performances into the more challenging tours.

It is always so satisfying when a player comes back from a potential career ending injury and performs.

Hassan Ali has worked hard and it is showing.

Also a mandatory slap on the face of the hater (y'all know who I'm talking about) :))

Good mentality shown by Hassan to come back and perform as he has been, hopefully next few games he can continue this momentum

Great to see and he has been awesome since his comeback. I hope he stays healthy.

He's our best bowler and dare I say pinch hitter allrounder for us as well.

Atm for me he is better than shaheen

He is definitely better than Shaheen. In fact his presence in the team has uplifted Shaheen. The latter was becoming zombie-like and robotic but started putting more jaan into his bowling after Hassan Ali's entry in the team.

He's comeback has been much appreciated and well deserved. He's put the work in and is now showing the results albeit against Zimbabwe but even the South Africa series.

hassan ali has played 39 first class games away from tests, shaheen has played only 6, shaheen needs at least 10 to 15 first class games to explore his game away from the pressure of test matches imo.

Hassan gives the team an edge, some much-needed aggression and passion.

He's the sort of cricketer who never gives up and no match is lost while he is around, with either bat or ball.

There have probably been more skilful cricketers over the years, but this guy really is someone who gives his all and for that he deserves a lot of credit.

He started his career with a bang, and had an amazing 2017.

Then in 2019 his form dipped especially his accuracy, it was sad to see on what was such a promising start.

However it’s so clear he worked so hard in domestic cricket to regain the form he had at the start of his career.

He’s a wicket taker and the bonus is his batting - he’s probably a better clean hitter than most of the top batsman we have. Says a lot about his talent.

Since when did taking 50 wickets become a milestone??:yk2

He should not be pressured to be all-rounder , he should continue to concentrate on his bowling , he should be useful hitter at number 9 or 10
