Rizwan has been mighty impressive in this season and continues to pile on runs in A team matches as well which to me should hold greater weightage than domestic games. He was superb against NZ A and now against England Lions had a very good game infront as well as behind the stumps and lead the team to victory.

I think specialist captain should be sweating now - if Pakistan doesn't recover to beat NZ in the next two games and his own performances don't improve, Inzamam should develop the balls to discard the specialist captain from the side.

Next two tests should decide the fate of Sarfraz.

Even if Rizwan doesn't get a look in, he just needs to keep his head down and keep performing.

I don't think that Pakistan beating New Zealand in the next 2 games should allow Sarfraz to remain captain. The captain of the team should be the best leader amongst 11 players who deserve a place in the International side.

Sarfraz is not worthy of a place in the side and if he wasn't captain, he would have been dropped by now. Sarfraz should be stripped of captaincy and a temporary captain in place before an indispensable member of the team is worthy of taking on the captaincy.

The captain should demand the respect of his peers by high performance(like Kohli, Steve Smith) and Sarfraz' shocking performances are a hindrance to his leadership.

As-95 steps to improve team performance
1)Strip Sarfraz of captaincy
2)Do not remove Sarfraz from the team but let him compete with Rizwan, Rohail Nazir for the Wicket keeping slot.
3)Remove Hafeez from the team and blood in a youngster like Saud Shakeel.
4)Consider dropping Imam for Fakhar
