How many tons did Misbah, Shafiq and Azhar Ali miss out on by not playing more Tests in Pakistan?

IMO their numbers would have looked much better had they played tests in pakistan instead of in uae. Look at how babar is scoring century in almost every test match in pakistan.

They played enough in UAE which isn't exactly a WACA

Babar averages 40 in uae and 90 in pakistan.

Babar struggled in Tests in his early years....can't read much into his stats from then.

Only from the series in Australia in 2019-20 did he start performing consistently in Test cricket and has done well almost everywhere since then.

Doesn’t matter where you play if you are good enough

Younis racked them up everywhere

Well, how has Azhar faired in Pakistan?

Shoain akhtar ko respect dou. The guy used to bowl 95 mph on these phattas. Batters were mostly statpadders. Abid ali can score daddy hundreds here.

Azhar and Asad, no

Misbah(had he played in his prime more 2004-08, would have scored a few more.

Misbah would’ve had more respect if he only chose to play test matches. Ruined short format cricket by not scoring a century.

UAE wickets are the same just that they deteriorate by day 5 whereas in Pakistan they are flat throughout the 5 days.

UAE wickets were same except a few series. No wonder Amir wanted to retire from tests at the age of 27.

Misbah is an underrated test bat. Also, 2nd best test captain of Pakistan of all time and top 5 test captains from Asia.

These mediocre players didn't deserve any extra undeserved tons.

They were disrespected and sidelined by dumb people when in fact they were heroes. Missing them today.
