If PHF can host World XI matches in Karachi then why not PCB?

We all know how weak and financially crippled the PHF is..despite that if it can convince a WXI team mostly consisting of European players to come play both in Karachi and Lahore then why not PCB?

Could it be due to lack of trust of Sethi on the Sindh Govt.?

Good point Mamoon bhai but the PCB claimed that none of the foreigners want to tour Karachi which is untrue because majority of terror incidents happened in Lahore

If European players can tour Karachi then why not cricket players..I doubt they differentiate between Lahore and Karachi

Agree with this. Also, terrorists didn't attack a hockey team but they attacked a cricket team in Pakistan which is another reason why getting cricket back in Pakistan/Karachi is harder than it is for other sports.

Same reason. Most of these European players are unknown quantities in Pakistan, and they are aware of the fact that the chances of them getting targeted are pretty low. However, when it comes to international cricketers, the situation is more complicated.

I think with good security measures in places, these unknown athletes might be willing to play even in other citirs apart from Lahore and Karachi, as long as good money is on table.
