If you could be a leader of a nation, what would be your policies?

Let's say, you have become leader of a fictional country. What policies would you implement?

My policies would be -

1) Free healthcare (including dental and vision) for all citizens.

2) Free education (up to undergraduate) for all citizens.

3) Death penalty for convicted pedophiles and serial killers.

4) Fines for journalists if they write fake/unverifiable news.

5) Strong army.

6) No central bank. Currency will be backed by gold. Usury will be banned.
