..to bring in one law in your country, what would it be and why?

Mine is as follows:

Country: Pakistan

Law: Chopping off hands for anyone stealing. If the thief is a child or insane the law of severing the hand of the thief cannot be applied. In addition the punishment wont be applied for stealing food.

Why: Theft is a major major problem in this part of the world and only fear of punishment can force people to think twice before they steal.

Location: UK

Law: points based immigration system.

Why: UK is a developed powerful nation with a prosperous economy and society. Just like Australia and New Zealand if not ahead. We can’t allow anyone to just walk into the nation and take advantage of the system. We should only allow people who meets certain points requirmebrs and are beneficial to the economy and British society.
