India should play harbhajan in place of pandya tomorrow.
Nagpur pitch offer spin and pandya short stuff will be canon fodder for NZ batsman.
India should win this comfortably really as they have the firepower and the crowd with them.

Yuvraj can bowl an over or two.
I think the most pressing issue for the Indian team management is who should they play between Nehra and Shami.
Having said that, NZ's had India's number in major tourneys. They often hit us bad. So lets make sure they dont hurt us early on this time.
That's an incorrect assessment.
NZ are in some red hot form and underestimating them would be foolishly naive.
It's not going to that comfortable at all.
NZ is no Pakistan or Sri Lanka. They will fight till the end.
Indian Team is in red hot form too, not saying NZ are some push overs but still Kiwis wont be that comfortable against spin if India does choose to pick that extra spinner in the side.
Guptil was unsold in IPL
Would be a good reply to all the IPL owners thinking that he wasn't good enough to play against Spin. Needs to prove his doubters wrong.
I don't think he can.
Against a weak spin attack, maybe but India got the best spin attack in the tournament.
I would drop Pandya and will pick Shami. Strengthen your bowling line up.
When you top 6 is so strong, you really don't need another batsman. Even though Jadeja and Ashwin are capable batsmen.

What's the pitch like?
Turns or flat 200 patta?
Oh that sounds nice buddy. Wont wont be able to attend as its workday and Nagpur is far frm MumbaiBtw, match tickets for this game are available now on bookmyshow, the cheaper tickets seem to be sold out.
Tickets are available from Rs. 4000 onwards. Indian_Supporter.
That is correct. Moreover Nagpur is India's unlucky ground. India tends to lose there despite being in good position. It was at this venue that India lost their only match during 2011 World cup (Like Nagpur, my presence is also unlucky for India- I was present on the ground for that match).

I want NZ to win so Pakistan knock out India on 19th..![]()
How about BD winning against Pak day after tomorrow and India knock you out on 19th ?
Epic... this is more likely scenario... India never defeated NZ because of so few matches between them.
India and NZ have only played 4 T20I in entire T20 history.
nope it will be 180+ as icc order to make batting friendly wickets but will offer some turn in later half due will not be factor but hope it will not rain as from few days here is raining in eveningRead that the pitch in Nagpur will be a dust bowl.
NZ are unlikely to play 3 spinners, so the bowlers will probably be Milne, Boult, Santner, Ish, Anderson and Elliot.

Ashraful_Rox either hyping India or jinxing it, Kiwis are a strong team they always surprise everyone in the ICC tournaments.
I don't believe in Jinx man. Kiwis only surprised themselves as world cup was played at their own backyard, without Macca they aren't an aggressive bunch, Kane is a good bloke and an awesome batsman but not a smart captain, against Dhoni he will be outclassed.

Why are you always hyping up poor Sharma?
Can you name me any other batsmen who scores double tons in Odis like Sharma? He is the Lara of Odi's, he has more daddy centuries in Odi's than anyone else in the history of cricket. The guy is pure class, in the first match in Aussie tour last year, when everyone was getting out to Starc, guess who scored a 150+ and even hit Starc for a six?
Going to be a good match. India will be facing worthy opponents after a long time.. Asia cup was a huge disappointment.
Ms Dhoni was the captain 4 times we lost to Kiwis as well, just saying.![]()

They won't be worthy either, ashwin jadeja will run through their lineup
I like Williamson yaar. He's a good batsman. NZ's chances entirely depend on him. Ashwin will open the bowling on a turner at Nagpur. I'm looking forward to see how Guptill and Williamson go against him..
Are you sure about that ?
The match lost half of its charm because there is no BMac.

For NZ .... don't let the Indians chase ... unless Indians win the toss and field first. The Indians have almost perfected the art of chasing since they know the target and what the track is doing. NZ is a great fielding side, so they won't gift anything away ... but this format is very unforgiving ... few dot balls and the batting side is under pressure. Why it is so difficult to "read" a pitch before the match starts ??? With all the experienced coaches and veterans playing, somebody should be able to nail the nature of the pitch. This one thing I am really puzzled ... may be someone has the answer .... sure hope so.
If India loses this match for some reason then they might be underpressure in the Pak match
