What's new

India woman’s passport labelled ‘invalid’ at Shanghai airport

If she's Indian, we have a black pope too.

The good Chinese authorities will give her a brand new shining passport with a dragon on it.

I think they will at some point.

Yup.

China already grabbed 2000-38000 sq km of Indian territory since 2021.

If China want to, they can annex 100% of India. India is no match to China in terms of military capability. :inti

Pipe dreams from few extremists.

China well and truly knows it cannot afford a war with India particularly when their growth engine slowed down and the West is looking for a chance.

And you guys always hiding behind other people’s strength wishing for negative impact on India. In this case its China. Such sad state that, you dont have anything positive to look out for your own countrymen.

India well and truly can hold itself against China in case of a serious standoff.

Good for her to stand her ground, people from Arunachal are some of the most patriotic, was surprised to see them and Sikkimese being so patriotic considering how we treat them in mainland.

It’s obvious she didn’t want one..hence she tagged the CM of Arunachal..

Not everyone worships the dragon, including Dalai Lama and his followers.

Relax, no need to get emotional.

Then like the Lama stay out of China. Im sure she will change her mind when she understands she cannot visit anyone in China any longer. India cant take land from Pak, let alone China.

Arunachal Pradesh belongs to China.
Kashmir belongs to Pakistan.
Tamil Nadu belongs to Sri Lanka.
West Bengal and northeast India belong to Bangladesh.
North Sentinel Island belongs to the North Sentinelese.
Goa belongs to Portugal.
Khalistan belongs to Khalistanis.

India must accept this reality. :inti

You have finally lost your marbles 🤣

China is annoying as phook. It's time for India to derecognize Tibet as a part of China, something Vajpayee foolishly did in 2003.

That was a deal for tibet and Sikkim, and we were at peace with them then..

PP pakistanis love talking about Indian issues for some reason. It's quite flattering tbh .. and touching :rabada2

Yeah and then statiny Tamil Nadu is part of Sri Lanka lol(even Lankans would laugh at that).

You cannot be sure she doesnt have friends/family in China.

Irrelevant anyway, once you enter a country, you abide by their rules.
She was visiting Japan..people of Arunachal,Sikkim and Dharmsala hate the Chinese way more than an average Indians of the mainland.

The Indians with red dots on the forehead do. She is ethnic Chinese/oriental and the land she was born in belongs to China. Unless you see sardars in this land?

Are South Koreans, Mongolian Chinese too?

You don’t always have to fall to petty racist insults, do folks from Quetta look like average Pakistani?

India is a diverse land the features wary, Sikkim- Arunachal and now Dharmsala have people who follow Buddhism and look different.. like the folks from Assam who look different compared to Mainland Indians and Arunachal-Sikkim.

Because Indians are quite happy to give away half of Punjab, Kashmir, Bengal and Sindh, but for some reason want to claim ancestry to Chinese.

? Tibet you mean, completely different Kingdoms Tibet and Chinese empires have historically signed treaties.

But what has Tibet got to do with India?
Same as about what Ashoka does probably..There are many people with Mongloid features.. not sure what’s your point here cap, Babar was semi-Mongolian probably had Mongloid features..

We have regions like Ladakh, Arunachal, Sikkim , Dharmsala were folks have such features but follow Buddhism.

So you don't want to claim Punjabis, Sindhis or Bengalis, but you want to claim these Chinese looking people? Why is that?

What? Panjabis Sindhis Bengalis are part of Indian demographics, my partner is Sindhi.. not sure what’s you are talking about.

Of course you know what I am talking about. You are happy enough to give away big chunks of India yet you want to lay claim to Peng Chong Wok from China. It is weird.

Lol what? Did i divide India with that line?
These people have been staying here forever..
Either you have had too much internet for the day or I have, coz I can’t understand what you are talking about.

Sikkim Ladakh are even recognised by Chinese as Indian territories.. their issue is with Arunachal

India is not claiming Tibet if that’s your assumption

That's quite funny from Chinese NGL I didn't think they were the most humourous people but this made me chuckle.

You're very sensitive over this lady lol. Her name also implies she is more oriental/Chinese than Indian brown.

The main point you're missing is she was born in Chinese territory and Chinese immigration rules are to be followed like any other nation. What is your actual issue with this?

Lol , how am i sensitive for correcting you as to where she is born, if she was born in China she will have a Chinese passport, she doesn’t, born in India went to Indian embassy got an Indian passport.

And her name like her CM is common in those areas I already mentioned but you can continue to be clueless or narrow minded upto you

It must be difficult being a very different minority in a country.

I don't know much about India but I'm guessing people's automatic reaction in most Indian states if they saw someone like this lady was that she's a foreigner.

Pakistan has some diversity but not to this level.

I guess if you are on the fringes it's unlikely you are a moderate, either you start to hate your country for making you an outsider, or overcompensate a bit and become extremely patriotic.

That is true, and many times folks from such states have to come to Delhi which is the worst when it comes to such sensitive issues. Bangalore overall used to be better but honestly I think only Hyderabad and Mumbai are pure cosmopolitan cities.

Sikkim folks don’t have to leave their state as their state is one of the top places to live in India, so for them it’s easier to be patriotic, I always sympathise with North Eastern folks..

Delhi was so bad that there is a law from 2015 if you call someone from NE India Chinky you will be in jail..

Things have gotten better though with modern digital economy but still long way to go.

It shows Arunachal Pradesh should've never been with India in the first place. People there look Chinese.

Arunachal Pradesh should 100% go to China. :inti

This is just smokes and noise..China doesn't recognize...big deal ..they can do whatever they wanna do in their own country....they claim Taiwan .Taiwan is independent....they claim AP. ..AP is with India, they claim parts or oceans of Vietnam, Philippines, Korea, Japan...got spanked by Vietnam....so claiming and not stamping or renaming are petty stuff...should be treated as such...no biggie..

It is and they face a lot of harassment from the ignorant folks in our hinterland...on one hand we call them integral part of India and on the other hand our gawar population called them Chinki... For lot of reasons and not just Govts fault....these states are economically underdeveloped....however they have some autonomy related to pretty ghastly tribal practices...including keeping skeleton head of their enemies they killed in tribal warfare or their unique culinary habits.

Chittagong should go to India first and then China too judign by your racist criterion...any how Chittagong will be India's soon if Yunus makes those empty noises more.

Didn't Chittagong used to be part of India? Bangladesh military must be a frightening prospect for the Indians to have given up forever on taking it back and yearning for Chong Peng Wok to declare for India instead.

Officially it was part of Pakistan until 1971.. atleast records show that

But Chittagong was part of Bengal prior to that no? With the rest of India separating it from West Pakistan?
I know of official India since 1947.. and it wasn’t.. I do know it wasn’t part of that India .. other than that its upto you… to put where you want any region which you have been doing today along with the Sweepshot

If you mean before partition yes but it was part of easy Paksitan after partition ...dnt even know what is chong peng wok....it's not a matter of whether Indian wants it or not .it's a matter of if it's worth it to waste money and sacrifice lives ..avoiding war is the smarter option...having an ally on Bangladesh and supporting the liberal muslims and Hindus there is much easier than invading a riverine densely populated country. It is a matter of 14 days to take over Chittagong ..it's another matter to manage guriella attacks etc for a life time.

Zangnan is the actual name of this territory. We should stop legitimising Indian claim by calling it Arunchal Pradesh. It's pretty clear this should be part of Tibet province of China to which it once belonged.

Mocking?
China can claim anything they want. But the territory is still under Indian control.

At worse they will not let any person from North East India to travel to China.

Actually to troll the Chinese, India should send Biharis to China and say that they are Chinese too as they are born in Arunachal Pradesh.

Stupidity should be fought with stupidity. :cobra

Balochistan should go to Iran. Baloch do not look anything like Sindhis and Panjus.
Myanmar was right in kicking out Rohingyas as Rohingyas look nothing like Burmese. But guess what, you cried rivers and oceans when Rohingyas were forcefully kicked out of Myanmar. :mv

Zangnan is only under your control because China voluntarily withdrew in 62. They know that they can take it back whenever they want so will do it when the time is right for them. They play the long game.

Rofl yes they withdrew in 1962 and will take over in 2062.. because they are playing a long game , was cultural revolution, Tianmen square part of their long plan they killed to reduce population..

Maybe in our lifetime they will take over Balochistan long game eh

Why the hysteria? China only claims Zangnan as part of their country. Long game is to get themselves stronger, which they have. They have the largest industrial capacity on earth, so they done well to not get preoccupied then. Now they can force project if they wish.

You should read up on history sometime. Its always been part of china except for when they lost war with Japan in the 19th century and had to cede to them, got it back in 1945 and when the republic government lost to the communists, they ran over to Taiwan.... and moreover 95% of Taiwanese are .... Hun Chinese speaking a dialect of Mandarin.

What similarities do you have with Zangnan?

I have same similarities with Arunachal that you have with Quetta or Baloch or even Sindhis.

Read up on what? Just because Lanka has some History with India it should be part of India?

No you do not have any similarity with people from Zangnan. You probably have more similarity with me than you do with them.

Apart from language, most Baloch and Sindhis are indistinguishable from the rest of Pakistan. You are confusing Afghans that that have moved in to Quetta since the Soviet invasion, in particular the Hazara community who have taken refuge there, they are the ones with mongloid features. They are not really "Baloch".

Lankans being Ravan country are villains in your history!! they were separate kingdom no?

Why would China seek war with India? Why would India seek war with China? Why would the US seek war with China?

These are all risks that no sensible country would take as it could cause destruction. It doesn’t benefit anyone. Countries take calculated risks, for example China may once it is ready invade Taiwan. I doubt the US would/could do anything about it.

Fault #1, India did not succeed in May and pretending otherwise is precisely why it can’t compete with China.
The core issue isn’t the event itself, it’s the national habit of accepting whatever narrative is served without questioning it. A country that refuses to confront uncomfortable facts cannot correct its strategic failures, cannot reform its military shortcomings, and cannot strengthen its global position.

If India had genuinely succeeded, the results would speak for themselves, there would have been no need to dispatch Rishi Tharoor to manage the fallout. The gap between India and China continues to widen, not because India lacks potential, but because too many Indians choose comforting propaganda over reality.

A nation, as in ordinary citizens of the country that denies its failures cannot fix them, and that is the real reason India will always remain in a perpetual catch up cycle while China keeps pulling ahead.

The point is whether the people of Arunachal Pradesh consider themselves Indian or not. It's about their sentiments regarding India. What they say about Operation Sindoor is quite irrelevant in the context of things.

Well said.

Sanghis have this belief India always win and there is no problem in India. This is a very stupid way of thinking.

This is why they are 4-5 times behind China despite having similar populations. :inti

@uppercut Bhai only cares about 1971.

When it comes to China making chow mein of India he closes his eyes.

No wonder your FM can make dumb statements when you look at the motivations of his audience.

Bhai aap pehle Durand line ko sambhalo ... before you think of venturing towards east

Well that is the point, you are one of the biggest champions of hindutva on the basis of preserving Hindu culture in India. You are also one of the biggest critics of emigrants not assimilating into western culture, so you clearly favour indiginous culture being preserved from the hordes from the east.

So by that logic, why do you support Indians trying to claim Chinese looking people as Indians while at the same time being happy to give away actual Indian looking parts of the subcontinent left and right?
