Archer has gotten better the longer the tournament has been played. Certain players have needed time to adapt to these conditions and after a period of months of no cricket.
 
The winner of today's game will probably qualify as I don't see SRH beating Mumbai.
 
Archer is so good man. I'm on my knees for Smith to bowl him 3 overs in a row today.
 
Gill is so classy. Right now he is ahead of Shaw in terms of development.
 
Unbelievable start to this game. You can just tell it's a pressure game. Such a shame that there is no fans.
 
Don’t blame Smith here. None of these bowlers are reliable besides Archer.
 
Think RR will back themselves to chase anything. Batting is definitely there strength.
 
Triphati doing a good job as well, somehow survived Archer's over and smashing rest.
 
When he plays for England, Moragn 95 percent of the time will always come out at 4 and won't change his position. England have Buttler and Stokes who bat after him. But in the IPL he will send Karthik and Narine ahead of him. :))
 
Back to back wickets for Tewatia. Well done.

Gill did a good job too, batted till 8 overs, played freely and got out. Laid the platform for big guns.
 
Why the H*** does Tiagi try to bowl bouncers to proper international batsmen?? Just keep it full man!

Narine has been good in smashing spinners, so he sent him ahead. It came off in one game when he scored a blistering 60 odd.

Sending DK ahead was wrong move in past games. DK is good as a finisher.

Narine has hardly fired in this tournament. In a pressure game the captain should be desperate to get out there.

Really poor stuff. Wouldn't be shocked if KKR replace Morgan next year.
 
Good that Stokes is bowling now. He is an experienced international, he should be in the game in these situations. No need to put all the pressure on a kid like Tyagi.

Tayagi has held up his own, this kid has something about him, he is future star I think.

nha or else how will tyagi learn? he has to learn the hard way.
 
This KKR is one of the worst squads I have seen since the early days of the league, would be a big achievment to make then play offs, need to build a team around Morgan's leadership and be firing on all cylinders for next season

He ticked many boxes, specially height and pace, has good control as well, and mature head, just need to keep improving and working hard and he has a lot going for him.

Could be last year for DK and Narine with KKR. Morgan is gonna take the leadership for a couple of years after which he will pass it to Gill.
 
RCB and DC fans will be happy after KKR first inning total :))
 
So basically, KKR need to bowl out RR for around 130 to have a decent run rate?
 
RCB/DC fans would be hoping for an exciting super over thriller.

this is the scenario guys for both teams, basically impossible for both to improve on run rate, so should settle for a win atleast and going too aggressive can be deadly.
 
I think RR are going for it, but dilemma is if they go too hard they can risk even normal win. so it's all or nothing.
 
It is so fun to watch a motivated Ben Stokes in a big pressure games.
 
Cummins delivering when it matters the most. KKR will look for a kill now.
 
If KKR can win by big margin & MI beats SRH reasonably, KKR are through.
 
KKR looks pumped and want to win it considering its SRKs birthday today.
 
Pat Cummins is a speical bowler. He has probably won this game for KKR.

Cannot believe some posters were calling him rubbish and other names. But these same posters rate bowlers like Dilbar and Rauf.

Pat Cummins is a world class bowler. You are a sworn enemy of the game if you don't appreciate his quality.
 
Buttler is the last hope for RR. Needs to try and rebuild the 10th over and assess from there.
 
This Pat Cummins spell reminds me of Shoaib Akhtar's spell vs Delhi Daredevils in 2008.

Do they consider Head to Head first? Otherwise if KKR wins by 80 runs and SRH blows MI to increase their NRR over KKR - unless H2H is considered as first qualification in tie, SRH can advance.
 
If KKR win by 79 runs they'll jump to 2nd position from last.. wow..
