Nothing goes right for RCB, ABD gets sick at crucial stage & misses match practice, just when QdK looked good & played an important role in the win (that catch of Rohit), and forms a nice opening pair with Vohra, he goes out, and everything is spoiled & back to square one! All the discarded players (Rahul, Uthappa, Gayle, Watson, etc) are shining in the other teams... Which only indicates that it is about poor management... Fans deserved a lot better...

Anyways if they win today, it can lift them up because it is against the best team (SRH), if they lose then Kohli can move out to play county cricket, also ABD can join QdK in South Africa

Now bowling looks depleted and chasing against SRH? Big good luck to Kohli who is saying there is good feeling in the group!

Below 100 is the safer target against SRH to chase, just like RCB thinks even 200 is difficult to defend!

Probably SRH is the kind of team that RCB prefers... Their batsmen don't attack the bowlers as much as other teams. The question is can RCB's batsmen handle SRH's bowling which has appeared hot for almost all the teams!

SRH bowling is overrated. They got a bit lucky so far; it's all going to be downhill from now on.

Let's hope so! For the moment Siraj's House Biryani seems to have inspired & motivated RCB! Time to raise up NRR as well...

Anything over 100 and RCB will crumble.

Probably that applies to non-Kohli batsmen who cannot handle quality bowling!
Non-Kohli-type batsmen play better against RCB-type bowling
While Kohli-type batsmen struggle more against even RCB-type bowling

Think the target will be 155-160.

Just enough for SRH to suffocate RCB as they are been doing to other teams (as RCB themselves getting suffocated by other teams!) So odds are as usual!

Pandey cannot even make an impression in the weak SRH batitng lineup.

This guy is supposed to be the middle order backbone and finisher for India :))

Siraj was awesome this over, two fast yorkers to get two bowled, last one was at 146 kph

Royal Challengers Bangalore require another 83 runs with 8 wickets and 12.0 overs remaining

I have a feeling Afghanistan might sneak a win or two against one of the test opposition.

Rashid has the potential to get any batsmen out.

I have lost the count how many times kohli has been dropped and he scored hundred. Probably 15 - 20 of his century came after he was dropped for sure.

RCB might lose it from here.

de Villiers is not looking great and it is really frustrating to see Kohli throwing his wicket after the start which is quite different to what he is known of.

Rofl at those who overhype this flat track rcb team as best batting line up.

Think 100+ would have been enough. They got 50 more.

RCB have players:- de Grandhome, Mandeep and then Southee but they will probably choke.

I'm calling it early, India might get a rude surprise against Afghanistan. None of their players seem to be picking either Rashid or Mujeeb. Resting the likes of Kohli, Pujara and what not, could come back to bite them in the ***.

Royal Challengers Bangalore require another 45 runs with 5 wickets and 30 balls remaining

Bhuvi never ceases to amaze me with his accuracy. Damn! 4 Yorkers and the field set for his last ball was spot on. No best batsmen in the world would have chased it down in that final over. This SRH bowling attack is lethal than any intentional team's attack at the moment.

What a gun over from Bhuveneshwar. Is there a better death bowler than him going around? It's laughable people still question how good he is.

He might not take that much wickets , but he is one of the best death bowlers around. I would trust him more than choker Bumrah in pressure situations.

In tests , you are not forced to play shots . Plus they have now got materials for video analysis. This was the same case when Narine came into tests. He was benign.

They have phenomenal bowling depth. Sandip, Kaul, Rashid and Bhuvi have all been complementing each other, ably assisted by Shakib, Thampi and initially, Stanlake. Most international teams would give an arm and a kidney for such a bowling attack.

For the future, I'm really curious to see how India will fare against Rashid and Mujeeb in the upcoming test series.

Superb last over by Bhuvi.Perhaps the most reliable death bowler right now.Only dhoni might've chased that 12 runs of bhuvi.

In last 3 years,He's been best IPL bowler.

There's a difference between Narine and Rashid and that's 15 kmph on average. At that speed, it's very hard to rely on picking Rashid off the pitch. When you don't pick him, the ball is onto you so quickly that you don't have the time to react. The ABD's dismissal was a great example of that as was Kohli facing him; they're generally fantastic players of spin.

It's the same issue that made Kumble so deadly early in his career; the astonishing part is that Rashid is spinning it a ridiculous amount at that speed way more than Kumble ever did on benign wickets. Another thing is Rashid's action, where he actually hides the ball till the last minute, and where his body is further through the bowling movement in comparison to his arm. It's hard as a batsman as you're first waiting for the ball to come, and then it's suddenly comes faster than you expect. All this adds up to give him mystery that's closer to the Murali end of the spectrum than the Mendis.

Also I dislike Narine with a passion as he's a chucker.

9.9 times out of 10 the guy won’t let you down in that kind of situation.

I don't know if you're seriously or joking around, but Amir's really not shown anything to suggest that he'll be a gun death bowler. The last gun death bowler we've had was Umar Gul.

His impeccable control...

Last overs reminded me of recent tri -series t20match of nz vs eng where tom curran didn't let grandhomme and Chapman to score 10 runs in last over.

Dhoni and Kohli might do. coz they not looking for Biggie's always. they'll nudge couple of for twos and a biggie here or there.
