Is India supplying weapons to Afghanistan wrapped in Health aid boxes ?

I was going through social media and came across an Indian troll’s post in which he showed a photo of Medicines reaching Afghanistan from India as foreign aid and his caption said help has reached Afghanistan with a wink indicating there might be weapons inside those boxes.

Is this what India is up to ?
