Is it scientifically possible to make UAE pitches like South Africa and Australia?

Watched a bit of PSL today.. i know there is a lot of hype. I was disappointed personally to see the same low slow ugly UAE pitches.

These wickets are doing more bad than good for Pakistan.

I wonder if it is possible to add more pace and bounce on these wickets. Surely it cant be rocket science...what is PCB and the organisers doing about it.

I am not sure about the pitches but it is scientifically possible to organize matches at some other places instead of UAE.

Yeah but UAE is a cheaper option and has Pakistani community in huge numbers.

I don't think playing in UAE is cheaper (I am not sure, some senior member may confirm this) and having Pakistani community in huge numbers doesn't matter when stadiums are empty.
