Am not watching the match today so just want to know what is the condition of the pitch. Will our batters find it easy as compared to englishmen or will it get favor the english seamers as the match progresses?

It was as close to perfect as we will get in the field and with the ball. Probably a 240-250 wicket so 212 is definitely chase-able but we are Pakistan.

Its not easy to bat on. To see England's free flowing batsmen shut down like this is quite startling.

Its almost a UAE pitch which might help us as our batsmen will be used to such sluggish, low surfaces.

We need to attack in the PP 1st 10 overs are crucial fielders are in the circle only 2 are out .

The pitch is good for batting, let's not take credit away from the bowlers. If it was a UAE sort of pitch than we would've seen spinners take more wickets. Instead the seamers took 8 wickets

I was actually amazed at how much it resembles a UAE wicket.

Nothing away from the bowlers at all, they have been brilliant.

However it is a dry, dusty, slow pitch which undoubtedly suits us. A flat wicket like Trent Bridge last year and England could have put us in trouble. And we bowled beautifully to exploit those conditions.

The spinners helped rough up the ball, bowling accurately and economically, and seamers had the skill to get it to reverse.

Pakistan is undoubtedly the best cricket team in the world currently

Wicket has played as i suspected.

A used, sticky and slow surface.

Its not going to be easy but you'd have to back Pakistan to get these runs as there is no real run rate pressure.

Lets see how it goes
