Interact with other boards and arrange more n more foreign tours.
Our current admins at PCB are not even able to speak in proper and convincing English language to talk and get the attention of their counterparts in other boards.

So we definitely need Wasim Khan as the bridge between PCB and other boards.

Overall he has done a great job.
The one mistake he made to bring MisQar onboard, has been fixed by Rambo.

He is needed more now than he ever did, especially considering that loose cannon that we have as the chairman of PCB, we need someone who knows how to run an international organization and is capable of representing Pakistan's agenda at international level and not torch any existing relationships at international level.

Badly needed, his communication through this has been spot on. It’s hard to imagine, but we would be worse off if a corrupt idiot like Sethi was at the helm, he would have probably been the one calling in the threat to receive some sort of kickback.

Competency is clearly on display during times of crisis, and you can see it in this case.

Yes, this is the key. If going forward PCB commits to focusing more on cricket within Pakistan and stops chasing after these bigger teams to make themselves an "economic powerhouse" like some here are saying, then someone like WK is needed to focus on the bigger picture and the strategic implementation of these things. Interesting to see which direction these guys choose to go after WT20 and after all this has calmed down a little.

But Ehsan Mani proved to be a lethargic, weak man who did nothing but hide behind Wasim for 3 years.

Ramiz is having a verbal diarrhea at the moment like pretty much every Pakistani, but this too shall pass. He has the personality and the confidence to perform like a real chairman.

There is no reason he cannot assume the duties of Wasim who has been a total failure anyway.

Wasim needs to be laid-off immediately. He is just a burden on PCB’s payroll.

Haha your posts make me laugh! Ehsan ‘weak’ in mind and in physical sense?

Also I doubt Ehsan would or even could have brought any of the tours WK is working on and completing the tour safely (South Africa).

Plus WK has negotiating abilities and is a thorough professional, whereas I can see Ehsan being bullied and timid.

I would say that he is as bad as Ijaz Butt. He was never needed to begin with, but Imran brought him to do all his dirty work that Mani refused to get involved in. Rameez is on a mission here and does not need anyone to get in his way, especially a guy named Wasim Khan who literally destroyed our cricket and never had guts to fire Misbah and Waqar. What good is he when he has been simply working as a puppet. Imran Khan does care about cricket and genuinely wants to fix everything and this is the reason why he brought Rameez as a new PCB chairman. Wasim Akram was also interested, but Imran never liked him in this role because he knows that Akram is currupt.

If you trust Ramiz Raja then Wasim Khan is not needed and you can fire him. To be honest Pakistan has multiple persons with same job description which is confusing.
