What did you make of her performance and her aura in general?

Her performance got a fair amount of publicity, many pointed out her sarcasm towards the political climate in America and gave her rave reviews for the performance itself as well.

One thing is for sure, was more interested in her than the Super Bowl (seriously it sounds like a cereal box Red Devil :)) ) itself; I didn't watch even 1 second of that Fake Rugby :yk3

Imo she is crazy.

One of the great comebacks from the Patriots. I like gridiron football. It is like chess where the pieces are huge powerful fast people.

Not really into NFL but they really know how to put on a show. That was one heck of a game.

reporter to lady gaga: baji ap gaga kay thakti nahi?
lady gagy: ji main cigarette nahi peeti.

It was one of the best games of all time. You really should have watched it.

Coincidentally I missed the half-time show because my buddies and I stepped out for a bit to fix up some dinner for the gang.

Not a fan of Gaga's or football but I did catch some of her performance and it was good.

I may need to catch the highlights never seen an NFL game before, am a bit more open to watching the baseball. The SuperBowl in general is a great spectacle.

It was decent but of course my mind was on the game so was not paying attention too much.

Agree - a classic for the ages.

She's probably one of the last really big music stars left that has an aura about her and stage presence which is organic, although her style is not in line with the current era now because symbolism and creativity are not valued as much. I do try and catch the half time shows even if I don't watch the game to see who is performing when you look at some of the big stars that have performed during the half time show in the past on such a big occasion in America which is second only to Wrestlemania :yk2

i would argue Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and even Beiber are just a big if not bigger than her in terms of aura right now. Justin Timberlake is a few years ahead of them but is probably the most popular across all generations IMO.

Oh yea - damn right Wrestlemania is the biggest occasion!!! I would say SummerSlam, Survival Series and Royal Rumble are bigger than the Superbowl too lolzzz

I meant aura in the same vein as a Prince or Madonna for example, however financially speaking Gaga has a bigger networth then all the names you mentioned and Katy Perry/Taylor-Swift are the only ones who has sold more records then her; although Gaga tends to generate more then all of those musicians from concerts etc which is why she is worth more overall. And yeah I do agree with you in a sense because Gaga is not made for the current gen but retains a big following.

No joke!!! not the other events you mentioned but every year city's make heavy bids to host mania in order to boost their economy, fans from all over the world attend the event and not just from America; if there was stadium with a capacity of 200K Vince would sell it out. The Super Bowl generates exponentially more than WrestleMania when it comes to economic impact, but WWE's comparable figures in attendance and ad revenue make WrestleMania a bigger bang for the buck of host cities, who have to bid significantly more in order to host the Super Bowl.

I thought it was so so. Lady Gaga used to be all mysterious with crazy costumes and weird set designs and themes when she first came on the scene. There used to be an element of mystique about her. The new Gaga is just another pop star like all others. I think Beyoncé is a better performer than anyone mentioned above. I don't particularly like Beyoncé's songs but she does put on a good show despite the heavy handed political and social overtones.
