Pakistani Americans - I will put pressure on the Pakistani establishment to respect democracy, human rights and to free Imran Khan. No such thing happened, he has happily embraced the Pakistani establishment and the PDM
Arab Americans - I will end the conflict in Gaza immediately upon taking office. No further wars in the Middle East. He has not put any pressure on Netanyahu to stop the slaughter in Palestine. On the other hand he is demanding people in Gaza to leave permanently
Ukranians - I will end the war between Russia and Ukraine immediately upon taking office. He hasn't really put any pressure on Putin and Russia to stop the conflict and he is going with the flow now and it doesn't look like that conflict is on his high priority list right now
Mexico Wall - I will build a huge wall and will force Mexico to pay for it. This hasn't happened and he now when asked about it, deflects "maybe we will build a bit of a wall or something to stop illegal aliens from entering the country". Again not a high priority list
India - Indian American's supported Trump whole heartedly in exchange for further enhancing ties with India. Trump's government on the other hand is deporting Indians, has put restrictions and limits on H1B visas, has imposed tarrifs on India and is pressurizing them into a trade deal and he is paying more attention to Pakistan and not giving the same importance to India, Modi as the Biden administration did
Canada - I will annexe Canada and force them into merging their provinces to become a part of the US. After Carney's election win, this has now gone on the back burner and he now dodges the question and sheepishly goes like "Its up to them, they will make a great State but we want a better trade deal".
Deep State - I will end the influence, intrusion of the deep state in the US Presidency and the CIA, Pentagon will no longer dictate American Presidential policies.
China - China has been exploiting the US for so long, we are not going to put up with them anymore, we are going to impose maximum tarriffs on them until the give us a better trade deal. He imposes Tarrifs and back tracks immediately upon realizing the consequences to the US economy
No more wars - In my presidency, there will be no wars, we will not look to change or overthrow any more foreign governments. Its been 5 months in the Trump presidency and all of a sudden the whole Iran conflict is about regime change
Epstein Files - Upon resuming office, i will immediately appoint Kash Patel as the FBI director and i will expose each and every high profile individual mentioned in the Epstein files. Where are the epstein files now?
DOGE - I will establish the DOGE and Elon Musk will be tasked with launching a wide scale review of all US departments, every level of US government, identify wastage, inefficiencies and look to save American taxpayers trillions of dollars. Its been 4-5 months and Trump has already booted Musk out and the savings promised by DOGE ended up being only a fraction of what was promised and now Trump and Musk have had a fall out.
The likes of Steve Bannon, John Bolton who are aggressive right wing individuals have mentioned Trump has a very natural charm, appeals and he makes people believe that he will be a hardliner, no nonsense individuals but reality is he does not really believe in any idealogy and all his actions, decisions are based strictly on personal business interests.
How much doglapan will the American electorate and the people who voted for him tolerate? Even on X many of his die hard MAGA supporters are now becoming extremely disillusioned and betrayed that he was all talk and has taken everyone for a ride.
