people had lot of disillusion about level and quality of Cricketing talent. Whoever is not playing is best in the world and only corruption is the reason Pakistan is not no 1. PSL and domestic tournament has opened many people’s eyes, there are not 10, not even 5 140+ bowlers in national circuit. Best two or only two (Wahab and Amir) were already in the team. Corruption is not the reason, there is drought of talent for whole lot of other reasons.
Similarly in politics corruption of politicians is way blown out of proportion, specially top tier. People live in a bubble build by Establishment. Ground realities are very different, country never had much of money, defense sucks lot more, security situation of country means nobody wants to invest, population is way out of control...Culture is focused on completely different priorities. Reality is not as simple as corruption of two politicians as the bubble suggests. There is too much emotional thinking and very little critical in the present culture, we are always looking for somebody to blame rather than invest in hard stuff. Again culture is so narrow minded and self centered, that nothing passes throw.
