Mohammad Amir is becoming a liability

Mohammed Amir’s performance today goes to show how he can’t be trusted. If he was true my injured than how did he get past a fitness test, if he wasn’t than why limp off and then return when he knows he can’t bowl?
He isn’t the Amir we know of anymore, he’s become fractious and deceiving.. qualities he once showed before although he was young at the time.
I believe it’s time to move him along especially if he’s not committed to Test cricket.
He’s not loyal or a team man.. please show him the door ASAP along with Malik, the career cricketer

PCB's leniency actually destroyed the legendary status this guy could have had

Ironically if he had been banned for life, he may well have become the bowling equivalent of Barry Richards. With cricket fans and pundits for ever more lamenting an unparalleled talent lost due to corrupt teammates

Instead we've seen that his ceiling is probably nothing more than a poor man's Ishant Sharma. Because let's face it, the best legacy he can leave now is as a cross seam bowling T20 bowler who goes for about a run a ball per innings.

Why anyone would ever aspire to be a T20 specialist as a measure of their cricketing prowess is beyond me.

Whats the guys excuse now? He doesn't play test cricket anymore and he has had sufficient rest in the last 5-6 months. He should be hitting 90 mph now. I doubt the PCB and the team management will put up with him for long

But but he had an excellent World Cup with a couple of cheap wickets at the end against Australia, India and the West Indies after they had already won the game. Let’s ignore the fact that he was innocuous with the new ball (apart from the SA game) which bear in mind is probably his primary role in the side, to get us wickets up front.

Watched the highlights and he starts with a slower ball and is grunting only to bowl at 130 kph. Proper trundler now.

If Pakistan plays India today, we would be careful more of Amir than any other bowler. He should be the new ball bowler. He can’t be first change.He is still a very good bowler. Pakistan do not have a better white ball baller than him currently.

I think Amir will know soon that he's not a guaranteed starter any more becuase there are a few younger fast bowlers who although may not be amazing right now, they can develop into good solid performers.

Hopefully the extra competition will either help bring the best out of Amir, or will help us to move on and invest in the others who can represent Pakistan for many more years to come
