Muhammad Amir Barki: A nepotistic pick?

I’ve seen this guy for a few years now. Nothing to write home about as a player. Highly mediocre player at PSL level and at domestic level too. Was absolutely horrendous in the recent national cup for Peshawar. Here are his numbers:

34 T20 matches with one 50, that’s his highest score. Looks horrible against Pace or spin. So who’s backing him? He’s only picked by Peshawar or Multan…that tells you something? What’s his background? How are these kinds of rubbish players being given a platform to play the same amount of games like guys such as Tayyab Tahir???

Not seen him play but those are some really crap statistics. Misbah and his fans wouldn't approve not because of the low average but because the strike rate is little bit too high for their liking.
